Linda Louder
Founding Attorney & Lead Counsel
Descending from a 19th century judge and a long line of country
lawyers, Attorney Linda Louder is the matriarch of the Sacramento-based
law firm. She approaches her cases with the same straightforward,
honest, caring approach as did her forbearers.
Ms. Louder has successfully represented thousands of clients in
criminal defense matters. She brings to the table the elegant strength
of a self assured woman who is familiar with and respected by the
courts and her adversaries. The term "steel hand in a velvet glove"
best describes Ms. Louder's approach. Her success can be credited to
her diplomatic nature, excellent negotiation skills and an
unwillingness to settle for an unjust resolution. Her experience in
the district attorneys office has enabled her to understand the other
side and quickly evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of their case.
Linda received her Bachelor of Science and performed her graduate
coursework at the University of Mississippi with other such notables as
John Grisham, Archie Manning and Morgan Freeman. While attending Ole
Miss, Linda Louder worked as a deputized assistant to the well known
and colorful figure, Lafayette County Sheriff, Buddy East. Upon graduation, Linda worked as an itinerant teacher and
instructed kinesthetically gifted and underprivileged children in rural
Mississippi. Linda was responsible for the persuasive writing whereby
the county was awarded federal funds for that gifted program. Linda's life goal has been to work hard to level the playing field
for the underprivileged. Her more recent goal is to fiercely defend the
individuals who have been the victims of overzealous prosecutors.
As a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Ms. Louder brings the
life experience necessary to fully appreciate all aspects of a case.
She understands that an entire family is affected when a member is
charged with a domestic violence, DUI, drug offense, or other types of
offenses. As a result of her experience with counseling families during
these stressful times, Ms. Louder has expanded her practice to handle
delicate family law matters; i.e. divorce, custody issues, property
agreements, alimony, child support, pre-marital agreements, father's rights, etc.
In criminal and family law matters there can be no guaranteed
outcome. The only guarantee Ms. Louder offers is that she will devote
all of her energies and resources in providing her clients with the
best defense possible.
